Help re comp on 16th & 17th Oct
Guys& Gals ,
It looks like my wife & I will be able to make it to Texas in October as hoped and I need to get some details about the comp.
1. Location - I will be based in Georgetown
2. Cost and entry requirements
3. Weight Cat. to be thrown
Any other information that I would need to make the most from the trip ?
All help gratefully appreciated.

Hey, that's great news and congratulations on convincing the PM (Prime Minster) that
The TEXAS Open is worth your time!
I'll let other fill in the details on the tournament but for now, glad to hear the news.
PS-do you like tequila?

Just another question how many of the guys will be attending the SCUSA National Championship being held the weekend of Oct 23-24 in Marlton NJ.
Had a discussion with the better half and may be able to also attend this event
Looking forward to meeting up with everyone.
In regards to the Tequila - sorry stopped drinking a very long time ago

There are 3 of us talking seriously now about the trip and maybe up to 4 more TEXANS will poke their heads up in the next couple months after the talk gets a'flowing.
As for the Tequila, I have a friend who will take care of your share

Guy's ,
I will most likely be bringing my 13' TTR as well as my modified E1000 or another rod that I have in the pipeline if its finished before I come over.
Thank you very much for the kind offers its really appreciated but I found out last time that I am a lot more comfortable using my own rods as I have them worked out regards spacings and balance etc.
Really looking forward to coming over .
I will be interested in having a cast with the 427 as I haven't got one of those and have heard some good reports.
Regards
